Perfectly located near main square, with an elevator and fully equipped kitchen. Impressive Venetian decor, complete with balcony and antique furniture. Helpful host and assistant stayed in touch throughout our stay. Impressive sound system for music lovers. A memorable part of our Venice experience.

I had a fantastic stay at Casa Patricia in Venice. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for my needs. The location was absolutely perfect, just steps away from Piazza San Marco and close to shops, restaurants, and transportation. The host and his representative were very attentive and even met me at the Vaporetto stop to ensure a seamless arrival. I highly recommend this apartment for a wonderful stay in Venice.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic, just steps away from all the main attractions. The convenience of being so close to everything made exploring the city a breeze. Additionally, the roof terrace provided a beautiful view and was the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Furthermore, the apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home.

The only downside was the hand-held bath showers in the bathrooms. While not a major issue, it would have been nice to have a stand-up shower option for added convenience.

The boat driver recommended by the host for airport transfers did not provide a good experience. The towels provided were not of great quality.

The apartment's location was unbeatable, just steps away from Piazza S Marco. The stunning balcony offered breathtaking views of the city. The antique furniture and beautiful Venetian atmosphere added to the charm. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The host, Frederico, was always available and provided great recommendations. We truly fell in love with Venice thanks to this unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Casa Patricia for an amazing trip.
